Dynasty Basketball Association (DBA) is a non-profit basketball organization registered under the Company’s Code, 1963 (ACT 179) of Ghana in August 2007. DBA was established to advance and enhance the sporting experience of young Ghanaian basketball players, as well as the sport of basketball in Ghana. We seek to inspire excellence both on and off the basketball court by sourcing and creating opportunities for young student basketball athletes to reach higher heights in their game, education, and personal development.

Goals & Objectives

Our goals and objectives are geared towards the development and promotion of basketball in Ghana. DBA has five major goals and objectives within each goal we turn to achieve.

GOAL #1 – To increase the quality, quantity and experience of young players, coaches and officials.

GOAL#2 –To increase the quality of school basketball in the areas of players, coaches, officials and competitions.

GOAL#3 – To increase the image, information, and attractiveness of basketball in schools, communities, and amongst fans and enthusiasts.   

GOAL#4 – To generate and source adequate resources and partners to fund and effectively run all of our programmes and projects in a balanced financial budget.

GOAL#5 – To effectively train and use volunteers as a major factor in coaching, officiating, statistics and information gathering.

Our programmes:

i) Dynasty Basketball Playground : The Dynasty Basketball Playground is a developmental and training programme that seeks to place young basketball players in a structured training programme that will fully equip them to excel in the game of basketball as well use basketball as a tool to develope them into basketball ambassadors who through basketball will impact the society inwhich they find themselves in. enter site

ii) Dynasty Basketball Camps & Clinics: Dynasty's reason for existence is to teach and train players the fundamental skills of playing basketball. With our year round basketball camps & clinics we assist players both girls & boys between the ages of 7yrs - 20yrs. We organize both overnight and day camps. We also organize basketball clinics for school basketball coaches, club coaches and volunteer basketball coaches. enter site
